[IMP] Unified two pages for creating new NotifTmpl?
- Integrated the condition selection for the email in the "ConfModCFANotifTplNew" page
- Changes in the styles of both pages and in the others templates
- Refactored code for notification templates and abstract reviewing: Created new files
abstractReviewing.py inside /htdocs/ and /rh/
- Fixed a minor bug in IE7 in the list of notification templates
- Fixed unexpected error in notif tmpl when you try to access and you are not logged in.
- Changed styles in "preview" page.
- Added parameter manager to "add new template" form.
- Implemented parameter manager functionality for checkbox list. It has been included in the parameter manager JS.
- Implemented new functionality in Main page that allows you to add a new condition for the template in the same page.
- Closes #709
