[IMP] Booking Actions History

  • fixes #268
  • On the details page of a booking, the history of previous actions performed on that booking is displayed for the owner of the room, the people allowed to modify the booking and the administrators.
  • Updated the User Guide
  • reviewed by jbenito: doc regenerated

59<p>A Lecture is the simplest form of event within Indico. A
60Lecture allows you to add material, give details about the lecture,
61and set the access control. You also have Tools in which you can
62remove, clone, and set alarms.</p>

68create a new lecture using the <em>Create event</em> &gt; <em>Lecture</em> from the

105<p>Protection Management in a lecture is the same as that in a Meeting.
106There is Modification Control, Domain Control and Access Control.
107When adding to the Access and Modification lists, you can also add
108Groups of users if any have been defined by Administration.</p>
109<p><em>Modification Control</em> Only the managers listed in the
110modification control, the creator of the lecture, and any
111administrators can access the Management Area of the lecture.
112However, you can add a Modification Key which means anyone with this
113key can modify the lecture without logging in.</p>

115<p><em>Access Control</em> When the lecture is public, anyone can view the
116lecture . When the lecture is private, only those in the access
117list, lecture managers, and administrators can view the lecture.</p>

120with this key can access the lecture without logging in.</p>
121<p><em>Domain Control</em> This is available when the lecture is
