Problems with dates in the registration form

- In the page that the applicant sees after registering, and also in the email that is sent to the registrant and the organisers, dates that were entered in the YYYY or MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY formats appear as full date and time (see enclosed - I note that only the first page was "printed" correctly, although all pages appeared on the screen).
- When entering dates in YYYY or MM/YYYY DD/MM/YYYY formats, clicking on the calendar icon and selecting "today" does not work.
