Translation to french does not work

Dear developers,
According to http://indico-software.org/wiki/Dev/i18n I would expect the french texts in InDiCo? to work by now. If this assumption is wrong, then I would be grateful about an intended date of availability for french internationalization of InDiCo?.
Here is my problem/example: I went to https://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=91618 and switched the "English" tab in the upper right corner to "Français". Although the navigation handles and indeed many dialogs seem to be switched correctly to french, the contents of the page (not the event specific data, I know!) seem to stay in english (alike "chaired by") ...
I need a correctly internationalised version for the announcement of a seminar with only french speaking visitors at http://indico.in2p3.fr/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=5143
May we expect a quick fix for this?
