Restrict number of registrants also for lecture/meeting

This should be an easy one:

In an event of type "conference", I can limit the number of allowed registrants in the "General Settings" of the event.

However, if I chose to have an event of (simpler) type "lecture" or "meeting", I can still allow users to register ("request participation") and even filter confirmation of their participation by email. But a maximum allowed number would also be helpful in some cases in this mode of events.

Can you please enable the maximum participants limit for these types of events as well?
